 More than any other restaurant in the world, San Pietro is the global "bank" of southern Italian wines, especially those from Campania, Sicilia, Sardinia and Puglia. Wine Director Cosimo Bruno is especially proud of the ancient grapes represented on his menu, which include the Romans' celebrated Falerno, a heartful red; along with the Piedirosso and Aglianico, originally brought from Greece.
Cosimo is a member of the American Sommeliers Association and the Associazione Sommeliers Italiana.
